About Us
Mr. Zipkin has roots in the industry that date back to the early 1950’s developing and improving the 1st PL-259 UHF solder connector. After many successful years working and gaining valuable experience with companies such as Rego Insulated Wire, Mr. Zipkin started CZ Labs.
Over the years CZ Labs has grown from only 2 employees to a family of over 35 including his own son. Steve Zipkin began learning the family business at a very young age. He has worked in every aspect of the business from the warehouse to sales administration. Now he is Vice President of Sales in charge of it’s ever expanding customer base. Last year was a record year for sales and current figures show a continuing growing trend. As the increasing growth of customers continues, CZ Labs is expanding to an additional building and greater employee force to meet those customer needs. The new building will also be located in Rockland county which offers our employees the quality of life that they seek.

CZ Labs is a manufacturer and importer of high tech electronic components and cable founded in 1959 by Harry Zipkin.
Today CZ Labs is selling, developing and marketing the latest data comm products for Cat 5, 6, 7 and beyond. CZ Labs markets it’s products through wholesale distributors in the sercurity/CCTV, computer/data comm, audio/video and cable/satellite TV markets. Marketing is also done with general line electrical and electronic distributors.
